Printer Setup for Members

1. Download the installation batch file from the Elevate website
2. Right click on the batch file and click “Run As Administrator”
3. After the batch file finishes click on the Windows Start Menu
4. Type “Printers” then click on “Printers and Scanners”
5. Select the Xerox AltaLink C8035 PCL6 and click “Manage”
6. Click on “Printing Preferences”
7. Change Job Type to “Secure Print” and enter the 5 digit code
8. Click OK twice to return to the Printer Management Screen
9. Click on “Printer Properties”
10. Click the “Configuration” tab
11. Under Accounting change “System” to “Xerox Standard Accounting”
12. Click OK and close the Printer Management Screen
